Background, skills, key roles and responsibilities
We are a progressive dairy farm milking 1200 with a spring block calving operation rearing 400 dairy calves and 700 Aberdeen Angus calves.
We are seeking a number of students to work for 6 week block placements across our dairy business.
First placement to commence 12th January 2026 (but you can start in December if you are keen to get to know the business before calving starts). Subsequent blocks will overlap by two weeks in order for new students to learn the ropes.
Hours will vary between 40 and 60 per week.
