Behind the scenes at Dourie Farming

Ever wondered what it takes to run a large-scale dairy enterprise? We recently welcomed the team from Grasstec to Dourie to film a two-part video series looking at how our dairy operation works day to day.

We work with Grasstec on farm mapping, helping us to understand and manage the farm effectively. These videos go a step further, giving viewers the chance to see the Dourie dairy enterprise in action and hear from Rory Christie about the systems, infrastructure and thinking behind it.

Across the two videos, Rory takes Grasstec on a tour of the farm, explaining how the different elements of the dairy enterprise fit together and how Dourie has developed over time.
